Failed Dreams and Amazing Grace

Today has been an odd day, I woke up early and woke up distressed. Four weeks from today I will be officially dropping out of Grad school, ending my “academic dream/career.” The future is very mirky and so I turned to the one thing that can lift up my spirits: the song Amazing Grace. I am not very religious, but I love the redemption aspect of the song, the fact that you can be a wretch and still be changed/saved/or whatever you want to call it. So I want to share with you a version of Amazing Grace by Wintley Phipps. Its amazing.
